Orders Within Canada and the USA

Payment may be made by credit card (preferred, VISA and MasterCard only), purchase order, or cheque. To obtain non-profit prices, we require a purchase order, or confirmation on official stationary. Orders placed by University students must be accompanied also by full contact details of the supervisor (address, telephone, email). Please make cheques payable to:

Orders Outside Canada and the USA

We accept only advance payment by credit card (preferred), electronic fund transfer, or international money order. For payment by electronic fund transfer, a Bank Transaction Fee of $45 will be added. Contact us for bank details for electronic fund transfer. To obtain non-profit prices, we require a purchase order, or confirmation on official stationary. Orders made by University students must be accompanied also by full contact details of the supervisor (address, telephone, email).

Additional Fees for Orders Shipped Outside Canada:

• Add $15 for Foreign Export Transaction Fee
• Add $45 for Bank Transaction Fee if payment is made by bank transfer
• Incoterm DAP (Delivered at place).
